Registered Manager
Adult Nursing, qualified in 2008. Following this 6 years within Adult Nursing in an acute setting. Care manager at Taylor Care from 2015. Registered Manager from November 2018. Experience in community nursing and an NVQ level 5 in Management in social care.
FAYE TAYLOR
HR Manager
BSc Adult Nursing qualified in 2011, nursing experience in the acute and community setting. Level 5 achieved in management in social care setting, registered manager from May 2013 to November 2018. Nominated Individual from November 2018.
JAYNE TAYLOR
General Manager
Experience in private care sector 1996–2013, NHS — 2003–2012.
EMMA LOCKWOOD
Finance Manager
10 years’ experience in an office setting, planning, coordinating and liaising with customers.
CHLOE LYON
Care Manager / Trainee Registered Manager
10 years management experience in a customer service and relationship management setting. 4 years care experience with Taylor Care Norfolk Ltd, progression to Care Manager in 2023. Level 3 qualified in Adult Care and progressing towards level 5 in Leadership in Adult Care.
CLAIRE RUSSELL
Care Coordinator
Worked in customer service and hospitality for 20 years, 8 years care experience with Taylor Care Norfolk Ltd. L3 & 4 qualified in Adult Social Care and Leadership. Progressed to Care Co-ordinator with Taylor Care Norfolk in 2021.
